Is scarfing a word?

I love your scarf it’s really sweet and it looks warm and funky for a kid to wear. Lovely colour too.

I thought I’d let you know another way that scarf is used as it’s quite weird. When we came to New Zealand people talked about ’scarfies’. What ?!!??!?! Turns out they are young students. Strange or what. So I reckon you could get away with scarfing - I can say I’m scarfing when I knit too as I love knitting scarves :-))
