Today I finished up a few drawings that had been laying around for months. I put these two up in my Etsy shop today. I am still adjusting to being back from CO and can’t seem to start working on any big projects yet.
“Salmon Run”: 3 1/2 “X 2 1/2″ ACEO illustration in ink, watercolor and wax resist.

“Watchful Eye”: 4″ X 6″ illustration in ink and watercolor

I hadn’t sold much on Etsy recently, so I was surprised to sell 2 little illustrations in the past 2 days! I am really happy that “The Flood” illustration sold as the proceeds will go to the flooded farm fund to help rebuild the amazing organic farms damaged in recent flooding in our area.
In other news, Mogs and I enjoyed the morning working in the backyard. I mowed the lawn for the first time this year (the first bright dandelion is not my favorite harbinger of spring) and we planted some carrot and spinach seeds. I am probably jumping the gun on the growing season, but it sure was fun pretending that the seeds might actually get an early start this year.

Wow! I love these. The colors in the fish are so great!
