Our zucchini crop last year was much, too much, of a good thing. I made this illustration from a photo I found from last summer. This year we’ve decided to forgo growing zucchini since we still have shredded zucchini in our freezer from this large fellow. I believe we’ve all had more than enough.
You know it! We had zucchini bread every two days in our house. I must say, we actually miss it this summer. Lovely illo.
