The second illustration for this four-part series. (The scan is so crummy because the image is slightly larger than my scanner. Oh boy, another trip to Kinkos coming up.) I struggle with outlining everything. I am trying to break the habit, but it feels weird to change technique in the midst of a series of illustrations. I really liked Mog’s body contour before I outlined. I’m learning.

I think it looks fine–but what I really enjoy is the look on Asa’s face.
